Integrating MCP with AI Platforms

The Aiera MCP server can be quickly and easily integrated with most of the established AI platforms, such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Claude

Follow these steps to add Aiera MCP with Claude AI's web interface:

Note: Integration requires an active Aiera subscription and an "Admin", "Owner", or "Primary Owner" role in your Claude account.

Go to the Connectors tab in the "Settings" page.
In the connector store, search for Aiera.
Click the Connect button on the Aiera connector.
A new browser tab will open with an Aiera login form. Enter your existing Aiera dashboard credentials (username & password) and click Sign in.
Once authenticated, start a new chat and click the Search and tools button. You should now be able to toggle the Aiera MCP on/off and manage its tooling.

Follow these steps to add Aiera MCP with the ChatGPT web interface:

Note: Requires an active Aiera subscription and an "Admin" or "Owner" role.

Go to the Connectors admin page and click the Create button.
In the New Connector form, enter the following:
- Remote MCP Server URL: https://mcp-pub.aiera.com/
- Under Authentication, select OAuth and enter your Aiera credentials when prompted.
After submitting the form, your new connector will appear under the Drafts tab in the Connectors admin page.
Test by starting a new chat and enabling the Aiera connector under the ... More menu option.
To make the connector available to the rest of your team, return to the Drafts tab, click Publish, review all actions, check off the necessary boxes, and click Publish again.
The Aiera connector will now appear under the Available tab in the Connectors admin page.
