Get an iCal formatted string for high-priority events (public endpoint, no authentication required)
GET /calendars/ical/high_priority

| alarms | query | boolean | Whether to add 1-minute reminder alarms to events (default: false) |
NOTE
- Date Range: Events from 2 weeks ago through 8 weeks from now.
- This is a public endpoint and does not require authentication.
