  • Event name: {company_name} - {event_title} (prefixed with *** if connection details are missing)
  • Event duration: 1 hour
  • Events with unknown times: Converted to all-day events with [Time TBD] suffix
  • Description includes: Aiera watch URL, conference number, conference number alternative, conference pin, broadcast URL, conference notes
